You need to have a Pat Menzies Account online to get your Pat's Points. You will earn Pat's Points with every purchase. For every $10 you spend, you will earn 1 point. For example, if you spend $150, you will earn 15 points. If you spend $40, you will earn 4 points. 1 point = $1 to spend on your next purchase. You can also earn 5 points by reviewing your purchase.

Yes, you have 24 months to redeem your points after your last transaction. If your account remains inactive after this time, your points will expire.

You can spend your points on any products online and instore whether on sale or full priced, excluding gift cards. Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion codes. For full T&C's see here.

You need to have a Pat Menzies Account online to get your points. If you checked out as a guest you will need to create an Account with the same email address and contact Customer Support to get your points added to your Account.

Yes! You can use your points earned online instore, simply give our staff your email address when purchasing.

Yes you can, if you didn't set a password online when your instore account was set up you will need to create an online account with the same email address used instore to see your points online. Please allow up to 3 hours for your points to show in your online account.

You need to have a Pat Menzies Account online with your birthdate added on our Pat's Points page and be signed up to receive marketing emails from us. You will receive an email on your birthday with your discount code. When you add your birthdate, if your birthday is within the next 30 days, your $20 off code will be emailed in delay, up to 30 days.
